The directions below are for coaches and lorries.  For cars see separate directions.

If you have SatNav our postcode is LA20 6HE and we are on Kepplewray Hill, Broughton-in-Furness.

It is approx 30 miles from the M6 to Kepplewray and normally takes 45 - 55 minutes

Whether travelling from the north or the south:

Leave the M6 at junction 36 onto the A590, signposted Kendal and Barrow.

After 3 miles turn off towards Barrow (still the A590). Do not go straight on towards Kendal and Windermere (A591).

Follow the A590 for 17 miles (through Newby Bridge). Take the right hand turning onto the A5092 at Greenodd signposted Broughton, Workington and Coniston.

Continue on this road for 8 miles, it becomes the A595 at Grizebeck.

After Grizebeck for about 4 miles, the road takes a number of sharp bends followed by a straight section which leads to a sharp left bend with a large lay-by on the right hand side (old quarry).  Continue on this road through the village of Foxfield. You will pass Foxfield Railway Station on the left.

After Foxfield take a right turn, signposted Broughton-in-Furness, into Foxfield Road.

After half a mile Foxfield Road ends in a T junction. Turn right up the hill for about 100 yards and turn left into the main drive for Kepplewray and Broughton School.  Alternatively, it may be easier to turn right and reverse into the drive. This will make it more convenient when leaving the Centre.

Proceed very slowly along the drive past the school, watching out for possible children at play and park in front of the Kepplewray Centre.
